  • Build and execute effective sourcing strategies and techniques to find talent, while consistently maintaining a healthy pipeline of qualified candidates
  • Participate in in-take meetings translating role needs into actionable search strategies
  • Use metrics and KPIs to support recruiting decisions - you have great intuition, but can back it up with numbers
  • Oversee multiple projects under tight deadlines while working alongside cross-functional teams of physicians, engineers, and operators
  • Be a strategic partner with hiring managers and key stakeholders
  • Identify opportunities to improve current processes to optimize workflows and make operations more efficient
