Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in business, computer science, another business/tech field, or equivalent work experience.
  • Certifications: One or more recognized current project management certifications (IAMP, PMP, MPM, CSM, etc.).
  • Experience: 7 + years in program and project management within a large corporate, direct-to-consumer streaming product business.
  • Leadership: Proven experience in a senior management-facing role.
  • Global Expertise: International experience is essential.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in software tools such as Keynote, PowerPoint, Google Slides, Miro, Lucidchart, Confluence, Jira, Airtable, and Smartsheets.
  • Matrix Environment: Experience in a large program management and/or operations environment.
  • Collaboration: Previous work with technology and marketing teams.
  • Stakeholder Management: Demonstrated ability to manage multiple stakeholders in a complex, matrixed environment.
  • Business Acumen: Strong business acumen with the ability to react quickly and proactively plan to meet project needs.
  • Disney: Deep affinity with Disney content, brands, and IP, along with familiarity with the content production and distribution process.
  • Growth Potential: Recognized as having high growth potential.
  • Adaptability: Demonstrated tenacity and comfort with ambiguity.

Responsibilities
  • Project Planning: Develop detailed project plans, including scope, schedules, budget estimates, resource plans, and success criteria.
  • Communication: Support project communication, monitoring, and control mechanisms to ensure timely reporting of status and issues to business leads and senior management.
  • Launch Operations: Lead launch operations program management for marketing campaigns, new product features, and global expansion, including localization, creative, and legal processes.
  • Risk Management: Identify and address operational risks, issues, dependencies, and decisions, driving resolution or escalations when necessary.
  • Stakeholder Management: Establish effective communication channels to manage stakeholder expectations, align priorities at the senior executive level, and build strong working relationships across teams. Strong leadership and influence abilities, with the capacity to inspire and motivate cross-functional teams.
  • Independence: Perform all key responsibilities independently.
