Responsible for people management from task allocation, performance management, career management
Responsible for conducting daily standup, retrospective and grooming sessions and be a pseudo scrum master.
This position requires a person to not only manage software development team members but also needs to perform hands-on design and development using React and Clojure (desired), and any other software development languages.
Responsible to be spend 50% on hands-on individual contribution. This includes pair programming with Junior/Senior/Principal engineers and operational support.
Responsible for working with Director, Engineering and provide status report on a weekly basis and other relevant information that is required for SLT Reporting.

Talend takes a market-based approach to pay, and therefore pay ranges may vary depending on your location. U.S. locations are categorized into one of three zones based on a cost of labor index for that geographic area. For candidates working in the DC metro (DC, MD, and VA), Boston, NYC Metro (NY, NJ, CT), San Diego, LA/OC, Seattle, Philadelphia, the base salary range for this role will be $157,520 - $196,900 USD. For candidates in the SF Bay Area will be $173,680 - $217,100 USD, and for candidates in the rest of the country will be $147,200 - $184,000 USD.
Salary may vary depending on job-related factors which may include knowledge, skills, experience, pay parity and location. Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary range for your preferred location during the hiring process. Your base pay is one part of your total compensation package. In addition to your base salary, you will also be offered a 15% bonus and benefits.
