Requirements
  • Bachelors Degree and 2 years of experience in managing supplier relationships OR 6 years of experience in managing supplier relationships.
  • Experience managing contracts, customer relationships and suppliers.
  • Ability to execute while navigating customer relationships.
  • Ability to simplify and standardize general intermediate concepts/processes toward tangible results.
  • Ability to communicate and interact effectively and professionally with co-workers, management, customers, etc.

  • Prior experience in Information Technology, Health Care Management, Customer Service, Relationship Management, Government, Insurance, and/or Healthcare.
  • Knowledge of Government Programs (Medicaid/Medicare).
  • Knowledge of Regulatory requirements (Medicaid/Medicare or Legislation).
  • Knowledge of HIPAA Privacy compliance.
  • Health care management experience.
Responsibilities
  • Responsible for the ongoing delivery of supplier management activities to govern suppliers.
  • Execute on the supplier management framework including relationship management, as well as risk and issue management.
  • Partner with internal business areas and suppliers to ensure expectations and contractual obligations are met.
  • Serve as a liaison between Supplier Management and Information Security.
