  • 4-year engineering or technology degree from accredited university
  • 5 years of engineering experience
  • 5 years of SolidWorks experience preferred
  • Working knowledge of GD&T and real-world inspection techniques
  • Experience with Aerospace grade plastics (PEKK, PEEK, PPS) preferred
  • Stamp forming experience highly desired
  • Non-destructive testing of materials highly desired
  • Experience with simulation software (ANIFORM) preferred
Responsibilities
  • Review and interpret customer data and develop accurate manufacturing models and drawings
  • Conduct review of planned production routing and provide guidance to production planning
  • Handle and resolve technical issues with assigned projects
  • Help establish department best practices
  • Design, develop, and prototype required tooling, fixtures, or inspection gauges
  • Create models and drawings for manufacturing processes
  • Review/edit routing and system data as part of engineering review process
  • Troubleshoot processes for quality and efficiency
