This transition positions the company for its next phase of disciplined execution and long-term scale. Lew Little will transition from Chief Executive Officer to Executive Chair. In this role, he will remain on the Board of Directors and focus on strategic initiatives, including mergers and acquisitions, partnership development, and Board governance. Lew joined Giving Home in 2022 as the sponsor-appointed CEO and has played a critical role in shaping the organization's current foundation. During his time at Giving Home, he helped break down functional silos, strengthen cross-company collaboration, and invest meaningfully in leadership development - all while reinforcing operational discipline and a patient-first culture. Ben Hanson has been appointed Chief Executive Officer and to the Board of Directors of Giving Home Health Care. Ben most recently served as Chief Operating Officer and General Counsel, where he led enterprise-wide operations across Giving Home and GivingHME while also overseeing governance, compliance, and strategic initiatives, including service on the Board of Giving Back, the organization's affiliated 501(c)(3) employee benevolent fund. He brings deep experience across healthcare operations, growth environments, and complex regulatory landscapes, along with a consistent focus on aligning execution with patient impact. Ben previously worked alongside Lew Little and Chief Financial Officer Stefanie Cavanaugh at Harden Healthcare, where the organization grew into a national platform spanning 230 locations, more than 35,000 employees, and multiple care delivery segments across 15 states. He later served as President and CEO of a long-term care platform, leading the successful operation and eventual sale of 50 skilled nursing and assisted living facilities, including affiliated rehabilitation and pharmacy providers.
