We are looking for an exceptional Senior, Accountant to help Anduril prepare for a future potential IPO, support an ERP implementation, integrate acquired businesses, and drive operational excellence.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

Manage property, plant, and equipment assets including setup, depreciation, transfer, disposal and audits.
Review and approve capital expense PO's, ensuring that our capitalization policy is consistently enforced.
Take ownership of the monthly balance sheet and income statement analysis to accurately capture capital and operating expense transactions accordingly.
Amortize the company's intangible assets monthly and work closely with the technical accounting team to ensure that all leases are properly accounted for.
Be a key player in the month end closing process ensuring all assigned areas are completed within their designated timeframe.
Prepare footnotes, disclosures, and supporting schedules to support financial reporting.
Prepare financial reconciliations timely and be able to research and resolve variances as needed.
Support other teams (FP&A, AP, Purchasing, Facilities, Stock Admin) and perform ad-hoc projects within the scope of the role, as necessary.
Help implement new systems or improve efficiencies with current systems to support continued company and team growth.
Contribute to the control environment by establishing, improving, and maintaining operational processes.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

Bachelor's degree in accounting or related field.
3+ years of progressive accounting experience.
Demonstrated experience supporting fixed asset and lease accounting.
Highly detail oriented with strong experience in Excel, ERP systems, and US GAAP.
CPA (active or inactive) and/or MBA preferred.
Prior experience in companies that are tech or advanced manufacturing preferred.
Healthy mix of technical accounting and operational accounting preferred.
Proven ability to manage competing priorities in a high growth organization.
Must be a U.S. Person due to required access to U.S. export controlled information or facilities.

US Salary Range

$90,000—$135,000 USD

The salary range for this role is an estimate based on a wide range of compensation factors, inclusive of base salary only. Actual salary offer may vary based on (but not limited to) work experience, education and/or training, critical skills, and/or business considerations. Highly competitive equity grants are included in the majority of full time offers; and are considered part of Anduril's total compensation package.
