Requirements
  • Possess prior experience with account management/customer retention/customer engagement experience in higher education publishing and/or healthcare sales
  • Demonstrate a passion for driving customer satisfaction

Responsibilities
  • Supporting sales representative in a high-paced environment by delivering excellent customer service, product presentations and preparing annual reports
  • Negotiating and communicating with internal and external stakeholders at all levels
  • Maintaining and supporting adoptions of a print/digital portfolio by your customers following implementation
  • Acting as a trusted advisor to higher education and C-suite professionals by providing in-depth product insight, support and guidance relating to the curriculum
  • Tracking contract renewal status, sales pipeline, leads, and sales cycle using Salesforce to achieve territory quota
  • Managing student portals, customer ordering systems, and renew custom packages in coordination with sales representatives
