  • College degree preferred

Responsibilities
  • Build, revise and maintain sales proposals. Compile proposal requests and reweights as needed.
  • Liaise with Sales, Pricing & Planning and Commercial Operations to ensure sold schedules run as ordered, including all media elements.
  • Assist in the compilation and enhancement of upfront and scatter planning: reweight charts, RFP’s and etc.
  • Work with Inventory for approval of re-expressions, movement of dollars and ADU/Recap offers.
  • Interact with Account Executive regarding proposed programming sponsorships & added-value initiatives.
  • Foster key relationships with clients and agency contacts.
  • Interact with network’s traffic department to gauge week of inventory availability, restrictions and separation requirements, securing traffic instructions & creative, etc.
  • Monitor on-air schedules, manage changes and coordinate with traffic to ensure schedule airs as ordered.
  • Manage all aspects of added value to secure materials, work with Creative Services on production and submit completed creative to clients for approval. Ensure proper scheduling.
  • Provide post summaries of account delivery and provide client correspondence as necessary.
  • Support/cover the Sales Assistant, who handles client scheduling, billing, brand allocations, reconciling discrepancies, maintaining client files.
  • Work with the Sales Assistant to resolve order/invoice-billing discrepancies.
  • Keep abreast of industry news via “trades” to increase and strengthen knowledge of position and get a general/broad understanding of what's going on in the industry.

Scripps Announces A Series Of Transactions To Refinance Its Revolver And 2026, 2028 Term Loans

CINCINNATI, March 11, 2025 /PRNewswire/ -- The E.W. Scripps Company (NASDAQ: SSP) has entered into a transaction support agreement (TSA) with lenders representing more than 70% of the aggregate principal amount of Scripps' outstanding tranche B-2 term loans due May 2026 and tranche B-3 term loans due June 2028. The company has also entered into commitment letters with accounts receivable securitization providers for a new A/R securitization facility and its revolving banks to extend a portion of its revolving credit facility through July 2027. These transactions will provide Scripps the runway and liquidity to continue the progress of its strategic and operating initiatives.The transactions include:Repayment or extension of up to $1.3 billion of existing term loansThe initial consenting lenders holding existing B-2 term loans will exchange certain of their existing B-2 term loans (not otherwise repaid as part of these transactions) for new B-2 term loans due June 2028 and initial consenting lenders holding existing B-3 term loans will exchange their existing B-3 term loans for a combination of new B-2 term loans and new B-3 term loans due November 2029 .The initial consenting lenders holding existing B-2 term loans will exchange certain of their existing B-2 term loans (not otherwise repaid as part of these transactions) for new B-2 term loans due and initial consenting lenders holding existing B-3 term loans will exchange their existing B-3 term loans for a combination of new B-2 term loans and new B-3 term loans due.
