Responsibilities
  • Be Vanta’s first point of escalation to the GTM field on Rules of Engagement and GTM data inspection
  • Build and maintain a strong operating rhythm for Vanta’s recurring sales/SDR motion
  • Partner closely with Vanta’s system team to find opportunities for improved processes
  • Manage and prioritize competing demands and priorities ensuring that project deadlines are met while communicating tradeoffs where necessary
  • Work cross functionally to capture requirements, feedback and deliver enhancements through effective change management processes
  • Develop best in class operating metrics and source of truth reporting for ICs and Managers to utilize (in SFDC)
