Requirements
  • At least one year of experience in the same position in hospitality.
  • A BTS or Bac+3 qualification from a hotel school, or an equivalent qualification.
  • Good knowledge of luxury hospitality, specifically four- or five-star establishments.
  • Good level of English.
  • Interpersonal ease and a strong sense of hospitality, service, and customer contact.
  • Commercial mindset.
  • Courtesy and verbal elegance, including a smile in the voice.
  • Rigor and organizational skills.
  • Team spirit.
  • Diplomacy and self-control.
Responsibilities
  • Ensure consistent customer satisfaction by delivering high-quality service in accordance with current standards and procedures.
  • Provide a personalized and warm welcome and own the guest experience according to internal quality criteria.
  • Maintain effective communication between the hotel and guests.
  • Handle Paris Society guests' requests and specific requirements before and during their stay.
  • Maintain detailed, long-term guest profiles to support meaningful guest relationships and memorable experiences.
  • Promote the hotel and develop customer loyalty.
  • Track lost-and-found items and update guest profiles.
  • Manage pre-stay questionnaires in coordination with the Guest Relations department.
  • Take restaurant reservations.
  • Represent the establishment and its high standards by handling external and internal telephone calls courteously, filtering them, and coordinating their transfer.
  • Record activity and restaurant reservations when necessary and forward them to the relevant outlets.
  • Forward guest requests to the hotel's departments using the appropriate systems.
  • Receive and forward external calls or messages to their recipients, while handling calls and providing information that does not require another department or when lines are saturated.
  • Monitor and respond to the online dialogue available through the hotel application.
  • Enter guest information into the relevant systems.
  • Monitor and properly prepare guest stays through daily processing of traces or other tracking methods.
  • Manage emails received in the hotel's general information mailbox.
  • Apply and help implement new processes or standards required for continuous improvement.
  • Participate in meetings and briefings with the front-office team.
  • Promote the hotel's services to optimize sales, particularly gift vouchers.
  • Contribute to achieving the department's quantitative and qualitative objectives.
  • Ensure effective communication and coordination with the hotel's other departments.
  • Monitor the department's material needs and request replenishment through effective inventory tracking.
  • Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and good order at the switchboard and associated work areas.
  • Comply with hygiene, safety, fire-prevention, and internal-regulation requirements.
  • Follow equipment-use and cleaning instructions to prevent equipment damage and personal injury.
