SHADOW seeks a passionate and driven Junior Producer to join our dynamic Experiential team. We are looking for someone with at least one year of hands-on event production experience (including internships) who thrives in fast-paced environments and loves bringing creative ideas to life. As a member of SHADOW’s experiential team, you will be a key player in organizing, coordinating, and executing exciting brand activations that make an impact, working in one of the most innovative and creative marketing sectors.

- Bonus Points: If you have over a year of experience working on experiential campaigns at other creative marketing agencies. Also, experience with Adobe Photoshop, InDesign, or Keynote is a plus.
What You’ll Do:
- Manage Projects from Concept to Execution: Be involved in every step of experiential projects—helping to create initial concepts and supporting through successful execution. You’ll work directly with clients and internal teams, ensuring every detail is accounted for.
- Coordinate Seamless Communication: Stay on top of communication with vendors, clients, and internal teams. You’ll ensure everyone is aligned and informed throughout the project lifecycle, from status reports to meeting recaps.
- Support Creative Development: Work alongside the creative team, providing feedback on renderings, event signage, and branded materials, ensuring everything aligns with the client’s vision.
- Conduct Research & Vendor Management: Stay up-to-date with the best vendors, fabricators, and technology partners in the experiential space to ensure top-notch event production.
- Manage Timelines & Budgets: Develop and track timelines, budgets, and reconciliation for small to mid-sized projects, ensuring everything stays on schedule and within allocated budgets.
- Handle On-Site Logistics: Be the go-to person on the ground during events, managing everything from inventory and load-ins to brand ambassador training and load-outs.
- Foster Collaborative Relationships: Work seamlessly across multi-disciplinary teams, helping to coordinate efforts and ensuring everyone is working toward the same goal.
- Maintain Agency Protocols: Ensure all processes, including vendor agreements, client recaps, and accounting procedures, are followed accordingly.
- Support Senior Team Members: Assist senior experiential team members as needed, helping the entire team succeed.

Annual Compensation:
$60 - $65k (commensurate with experience)
