Responsibilities
  • Building a vision and identifying key strategic priorities for the Product Process Operations team to deliver on a best-in-class product creation and go-to-market process.
  • Architect future requirements and partner with key business leaders to develop the product creation process, leveraging current practice with a strategic vision for product management, design, and supply chain operations.
  • Architect future requirements and partner with key business leaders to develop the go-to-market process, leveraging current practice with a strategic vision for merchandising, commerce, and marketing operations.
  • Liaising with business analysts and systems architects within functional team to ensure current and future solutions are systematically aligned with future business processes and capabilities.
  • Building, coaching and leading high performing team members to enable the execution of the product vision through the go-to-market (GTM) calendar, expectations, goals, and deliverables.
  • Ensuring the Product, Creative, and Supply Chain teams have clarity of timelines and deliverables against our go-to-market calendar, while championing a culture of continuous challenge, improvement and growth.
  • Collaborating with and supporting Leadership on identifying areas of process improvement, business calendar and team structure requirements.
  • Partnering with Senior Director, Product Operations to ensure all product team leads to ensure they have the resources according to project requirements, balancing seasonal and concept deliverables in close alignment with Development, Design, Merchandising and Sourcing.
  • Identifying opportunities for others to lead and mentor team members.
  • Taking ownership of Product Process Ops budget planning, tracking and reporting and identifying budget allocation gaps across cross-functional creation teams.
  • Monitoring and reporting team performance metrics regularly to leadership.
  • Acting as a key member of the Merchandising leadership team and participate in broader organizational strategy and planning.
  • Upholding Fair Labor Association’s Workplace Code of Conduct and Principles of Fair Labor and Responsible Sourcing, throughout the Arc’teryx supply chain.
