About the Role

We're looking for Casual Administration Officers to join our team, providing essential coordination of service delivery for internal and external stakeholders. Reporting to the Administration Team Lead, you'll help ensure a smooth, professional experience across all touchpoints in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

What You'll Be Doing

• Managing email correspondence, diary/calendar coordination and general office administration
• Supporting reception duties including greeting clients, check-in/check-out, and site access for visitors
• Maintaining accurate, confidential client records and files, and processing client payments

What We're Looking For

• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
• High attention to detail and a vigilant approach to accuracy
• Ability to manage shifting priorities and work both independently and collaboratively
• A professional, well-presented and courteous approach with clients and colleagues
