Requirements
- Solid understanding of TCP network and related protocols. DNS, DHCP, SSH, NFS
- Have basic concept for VMware and Docker
- Strong experience with secure network practices, techniques, and systems across the entire stack from layers 1-7 of the OSI model
- 4 years equivalent work experience in a position responsible for managing enterprise network infrastructure for a large scale, multisite, or multinational corporation
- Extensive design, implementation, and operational experience with multiple firewall, WIFI APs, routers, switches, proxy servers, application monitoring, remote access systems, and management platforms
- Experience with enterprise network, wireless, and system monitoring, troubleshooting, and management tools. SDWAN experience
- Operational experience using certificates, MFA, and RADIUS/TACACS+ authentication systems
- Expert level understanding of network level security protocols such as IP/Sec (ESP & AH), TLS, SSL-VPN, GRE/IP, IKEv1 & IKEv2, ISAKMP, Diffie-Hellman, AES, and Symetric/Asymetric encryption methods
- Experience with incident management, change control processes, data loss prevention, operational security and standards compliance
- Experience in administration of cloud infrastructure (AWS, Azure, Aliyun, etc)
- Ability to manage multiple tasks, projects, and priorities and adjust based on business demands and changes
- Good written and oral communication skills; good interpersonal skills
- Can understand mandarin Chinese speaker
- Team player with can-do attitude, be good mentor for junior members of the teamMinimum 5 years Systems/Infrastructure, or related engineering experience
Responsibilities
- Ensure the high-availability, security, and responsiveness of the network infrastructure for a rapidly growing autonomous driving company
- Manage and maintain CISCO meraki , PAN ,other switch oversea
- Architect and project manage new infrastructure projects, changes and upgrades
- Identify, repair and recover from hardware/software/system failures
- Coordinate and communicate with leadership on proposed or implemented
- Maintain and audit IT and production infrastructure network and security design
- Recommend, evaluate, and execute modifications to system environments in order to improve efficiency, security, reliability, availability, and performance
- Plan and coordinate the implementation of system upgrades, maintenance fixes
- Vulnerability assessment, scanning, and ethical penetration testing experience
