  • Experience integrating lab results with reviews, returns data, and customer survey data.
  • Proven track record of improving product performance and driving cost reductions through design-to-value techniques.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and project management skills.
Responsibilities
  • Manage the product teardown lab, overseeing the disassembly and evaluation of products to compare features and identify differences.
  • Conduct detailed analyses of materials, construction, and design elements to uncover opportunities for enhancing quality and achieving cost savings.
  • Collaborate with Product Development and Merchant teams to translate findings into actionable recommendations for product improvements.
  • Develop and maintain standardized procedures for product teardown and analysis, ensuring consistency and accuracy. Translate these procedures into standards for vendors.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and competitor products to ensure our products meet or exceed market standards.
