Responsibilities
Gather business and functional requirements and translate them into robust, scalable solutions aligned with Data Architecture guidelines. Perform hands-on development work on data analysis, data profiling , mapping it to master data elements , data cleansing and mastering. Contribute in executing on a master data vision and building customer, product , partner, Reference and Vendor master Understand the governance needs of each of these masters. Design , Develop and Maintain Data quality dashboards using python , Power BI. Cleanse and enrich master data elements like Addresses, postal codes etc. Integrate with 3rd party enrichment sources like D&B , HG Insights etc . Connect to data sources using Python and SQL . Profile the data and identify duplicates Participate in daily scrums , perform development and deployments in agile sprints with minimal supervision Create dashboards using enterprise tools such as Tableau and PowerBI. Mentor complex projects using a wide breadth of data science and analytical techniques. Develop in-depth subject matter-expertise in understanding key strategic data sources and data lineage within the organization. Scope key business challenges, identify the right data and provide direction to data analysts, data analytics product managers, data scientists, data engineers and business stakeholders. Collaborate with business stakeholders, data scientists, and analysts to understand data requirements and translate them into technical specifications. Perform root cause analysis of issues that hinder the data quality. Work with data source owner to increase quality and accuracy of the source data. Guide the expansion of our data products and solutions by advising and influencing business leaders and senior stakeholders with data-driven insights. Partner with the data platform and infrastructure teams to architect and connect high quality, resilient data feeds from across the enterprise. Work with enterprise architects, review data architecture and ensure alignment. Communicate the value of data clearly by articulating both the high-level concept and detailed user stories for feature enhancements and convince teams to adopt data-driven improvements. Drive innovation by creating new frameworks, standards, prototypes, and automation projects in relevant areas. Help in establishing enterprise business glossary and other data management best practices.
Qualifications:
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering, including 5+ years working with data engineering / master data technologies.
- Degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a related field.
- Expert in at least one of Profisee, TAMR , Stibo or Semarchy MDM solutions.
- Have been part of at least 3 master data implementations (at least two around product data in a manufacturing organization and at least one in customer data )
- Broad expertise and experience with distributed systems, streaming systems, and data engineering tools, such as Kubernetes, Kafka etc.
- Deep knowledge of Python, SQL, database design, and master data strategies.
- Working experience on at least 1 of GCP , AWS or Azure cloud paltforms
- A confident peer influencer with strong communication skills who quickly establishes credibility and is capable of leading cross-functional technical teams.
Additional Qualifications (good to have):
Experience in the chip manufacturing industry or a similar domain. Certifications in cloud platforms or data engineering. Knowledge of Informatica multidomain MDM and/or SAP MDG Knowledge of Snowflake

Actual wage offered may vary depending on work location, experience, education, training, external market data, internal pay equity, or other bona fide factors.
This position qualifies for a discretionary performance-based bonus which is based on personal and company factors.
