WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Report to the Team Lead, Marketing you will manage the scheduling, deployment, and reporting of all online and offline marketing campaigns.
- Assist with the planning and deploying of email campaigns.
- Research and write copy as required to support marketing campaigns.
- Liaise with printers, publishers, designers, suppliers and other vendors on production and delivery of marketing materials.
- Track ongoing expenditures against budget for promotional materials, printing, media buying, tradeshows, and sponsorships.
- Research and write copy as required to support marketing campaigns.
- Actively propose new and improved inbound marketing campaign ideas.
- Execute Marketing Campaigns while staying up to date with Email Marketing process procedures.
WHAT YOU'VE DONE
- A minimum of a 1st year completion in a post-secondary Marketing program.
- Proficient with MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook & PowerPoint).
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
- Ability to problem solve and analytical skills.
- Demonstrates initiative and is a self-starter.
- Ability to work in a team environment as well as independently.
- Strong customer service orientation.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Works well in a fast-paced environment and under pressure.
- You are tech savvy - you know your computer systems and software, and you’re always open to learning new ones.
