Requirements
  • A minimum of a 1st year completion in a post-secondary Marketing program.
  • Proficient with MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook & PowerPoint).
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
  • Ability to problem solve and analytical skills.
  • Demonstrates initiative and is a self-starter.
  • Ability to work in a team environment as well as independently.
  • Strong customer service orientation.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Works well in a fast-paced environment and under pressure.
  • You are tech savvy - you know your computer systems and software, and you’re always open to learning new ones.
Responsibilities
  • Report to the Team Lead, Marketing you will manage the scheduling, deployment, and reporting of all online and offline marketing campaigns.
  • Assist with the planning and deploying of email campaigns.
  • Research and write copy as required to support marketing campaigns.
  • Liaise with printers, publishers, designers, suppliers and other vendors on production and delivery of marketing materials.
  • Track ongoing expenditures against budget for promotional materials, printing, media buying, tradeshows, and sponsorships.
  • Research and write copy as required to support marketing campaigns.
  • Actively propose new and improved inbound marketing campaign ideas.
  • Execute Marketing Campaigns while staying up to date with Email Marketing process procedures.
