  • Serve as the first point of contact for our staff seeking technical assistance
  • Perform local and remote troubleshooting of pc/mac and printer related issues using diagnostic techniques
  • Perform maintenance tasks on PCs/Macs - including the ability to add/remove hardware components (such as hard disk, memory, or video card)
  • Walk our staff through the problem-solving process
  • Troubleshoot application / PC/Mac issues
  • Identify source of problem - e.g. network, hardware, cabling
  • Perform OS and application installation, configuration, and troubleshooting
  • Windows 10

  • Window Servers
  • Setup new PCs, Laptops, Macbooks, and printers
  • Prepare and ship equipment for new team members and assist with equipment returns
  • Manage inventory, asset tracking, and movement
  • Help remote personnel troubleshoot local issues and be hands and eyes for that personnel
  • Direct unresolved issues to the next level of support personnel
  • Help with cubicle and office moves
  • Work with 3rd parties to coordinate repairs and returns
  • Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or commensurate career experience in a directly related field
  • Eligible to work in the US without sponsorship, as we are unable to sponsor or transfer Visas at this time
  • Ability to use problem-solving techniques such as root cause analysis to resolve issues
  • Experience having written and presented, status reporting, technical diagrams, and flowcharts
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
