- A High School Diploma or GED.
- Three to five years of hands-on experience in mechanical or electronic assembly, including inspection, testing, or troubleshooting of complex systems in a regulated manufacturing setting.
- Ability to follow instructions.
- Fluency in English.
- Basic written communication skills.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office.
- Assemble and package medical devices according to ISO and Food and Drug Administration manufacturing instructions, standard operating instructions, and safety regulations.
- Visually inspect products and document information during the production process.
- Use small hand tools requiring magnifying glasses in the production process.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and well-organized work area and ensure proper handling of materials and equipment.
- Perform other duties as requested.
- At least 3 years of medical device or aerospace assembly experience.
- An Associate degree.
