THE ROLE
The Partnerships Executive plays an important part in building connections between our clients and their audiences through innovative media solutions. As part of the MBCS team, you will be embedded in the Initiative team and manage the execution of multiple partnership campaigns. Your role requires a strong focus on collaboration and harnessing the collective expertise of various craft teams across both MBCS and Initiative. We aim for excellence, viewing each new project as an opportunity to set new industry standards.
CORE RESPONSIBILITIES
Campaign Production
- Manage campaign production, including the development of timelines, deliverables, assets and cross-functional coordination. Assist in ensuring campaign components work in harmony and align with our clients’ brand objectives.
Strategic Implementation
- Work closely with the Director and Manager to help implement partnership strategies, ensuring they align with our clients’ media strategies and campaign objectives. Assist in the development of project plans to turn ideas into successful campaigns.
Budget Management
- Effectively manage the various finance processes during a campaign lifetime including Purchase Orders, Invoicing and Statements of Work. Work with the Director and Manager to review financial models and pricing strategies, ensuring the most beneficial terms for our clients.
Cross-Disciplinary Teamwork
- Help develop good working relationships across multiple internal departments including Finance, Legal and Strategy. Become part of the connective tissue between MBCS and Initiative functions.
Market and Consumer Insights
- Keep up with media trends, consumer behaviour, and cultural shifts, using your knowledge to help inform the team’s strategic decisions and provide a competitive edge in partnership offerings.
Client Engagement
- Support our clients in the campaign production process by understanding and anticipating their needs. Assist the team in providing strategic solutions for our clients, ensuring ongoing satisfaction and loyalty.
DESIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
- Experience in media partnerships, brand strategy, or related field, with demonstrated expertise in managing complex campaigns is preferred.
- Good project management and excellent organisational skills, with the ability to balance multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks at once.
- Strong time-management and organisational skills.
- Required PC proficiency and solid working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to work successfully within a dynamic and fast paced environment.
- Excellent written, verbal communication and presentation skills.
