What you’ll do
Our Technology Advisory team provides independent, senior-level expertise that enables executives to drive value from Technology and enhancing business performance. We leverage extensive expertise to deliver rapid and sustainable impact across:
- Digital and Technology strategy development, operating model, capability and governance design.
- Product strategy and innovation, assisting our clients with the strategy and execution of growing the digital capability of their products and services.
- Technology cost reduction, outsourcing and end to end Transformation.
- Platform/systems/infrastructure review, re-platforming, rationalization and consolidation activities.
- Technology due diligence, carve-out, and merger integration planning and execution.
- IT crisis management, interim leadership roles, and project turnaround.
Central to our expertise is the architecture which underpins any successful end-to-end Digital Transformation. We are looking for someone who has experience in Enterprise Architecture, ideally coupled with prior consulting experience.

What you’ll need
- Preferably you will have a mix of consulting and industry experience, with an ability to deliver small projects and/or working across multiple workstreams of larger projects.
- Previous practical experience as a Solution or Enterprise Architect, with proven experience in designing enterprise-wide technology solutions.
- A good understanding of software delivery, infrastructure, operations and governance.
- Experience conducting rapid digital diagnostics to assess technological capabilities and identifying maturity gaps.
- Ability to define pragmatic steps and roadmaps to drive business value.
- Experience of implementing projects in a variety of environments, using different methodologies e.g waterfall, agile, iterative development.
- You demonstrate a keen personal interest in Technology, Digital and remain up to date in the latest trends, tools and impacts of Digital on industry.
- You are passionate about driving IT effectiveness and enabling clients to achieve their business objectives.
- Excellent communication and presentation capabilities with knowledge of prevalent tools, methodologies and frameworks.
- Outstanding analytical and critical thinking skills along with strong financial literacy.
- Fluency in English is essential; knowledge of an additional language would be advantageous.
- You are confident when collaborating with clients and stakeholders, with the ability to build relationships, influence and provide advice to key decision makers.
- Willingness to work outside of normal business hours, and in particular as unique projects/needs arise.
- Ability to work full time in an office and remote environment; physically able to sit/stand at a computer and work in front of a computer screen for significant portions of the workday

Education Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree. MBA or Master’s degree preferred, but valid experience in conjunction with a Bachelor’s degree - will be considered
