Responsibilities
  • Play a crucial role in M&A transactions through pipeline identification and management, valuation analysis, due diligence support & integration planning
  • Conduct comprehensive market research, competitive analysis, and financial modelling to inform strategic decision-making
  • Contribute to the development and execution of Flipp’s annual strategic planning process
  • Lead and manage cross-functional special projects that are critical to Flipp's strategic objectives
