Responsibilities
  • Lead the strategy, development, and execution of integrated strategic marketing plans for key assets in the Eye Care portfolio.
  • Lead the development and execution of plans for key loss-of-exclusivity brands.
  • Partner with Market Access, Finance, Sales, and stakeholders to define market access and pricing strategies and identify growth opportunities beyond loss of exclusivity.
  • Monitor market dynamics and competitive activity, identify risks and opportunities, and translate insights into actionable strategies.
  • Oversee resource allocation, budget management, and forecast planning.
  • Collaborate with Finance and Market Access to evaluate business cases, optimize investment decisions, and prioritize channels and brand initiatives.
  • Manage agency, vendor, and external partner relationships.
  • Build and sustain cross-functional and external relationships across Marketing, Sales, Market Access, Finance, Medical, Health Economics and Outcomes Research, Legal, Regulatory, APEX/Marketing Analytics, and Compliance.
  • Contribute to lifecycle planning and broader Eye Care portfolio strategy.
  • Lead patient activation and brand efforts, including strategy development, implementation, budget management, and return-on-investment analysis.
  • Collaborate with Marketing Directors and business leaders to build, manage, and execute marketing plans addressing patient, market, and financial results.
  • Drive and participate in business and marketing planning processes.
