About the Role:

Pacvue is looking for a Manager, Business Systems (Finance) to join our team and help lead project teams in designing, implementing, and supporting complex enterprise applications. You will manage vendor relationships and budgets, analyze workflows for process improvements, administer Finance systems, and maintain third-party integrations. Responsibilities:

• Leading project teams to research, evaluate, design, implement and support complex enterprise applications.
• Manage vendor, partner teams and professional services budget.
• Designing solutions and integrations for all facets of enterprise processes and systems
• System architect for all Finance systems, in and across Enterprise and SMB business units.
• Installing, maintaining, and upgrading software or SaaS applications.
• Product owner for NetSuite ERP and related Accounting, Finance, and Revenue systems.
• Analyzes Accounting and Finance workflows for process improvements to optimize velocity and accuracy.
• Administers company Accounting and Finance systems, and liaisons with consultants, IT and systems vendors on the implementation and maintenance of those systems.
• Analyzes current systems configurations and workflows to proactively identify improvements and process automations that will optimize the departments velocity and accuracy.
• Provides insights and recommendations to stakeholders on existing Finance systems infrastructures.
• Responsible for architecting and maintaining third party integrations to NetSuite ERP including data and transactions from CRM and Product systems.
• Acts as the primary relationship manager with consultants and systems vendors for company Accounting and Finance systems.
• Creates processes, procedures, policies and tactics that apply industry best practices and align with current business practices; modifies as needed by request and direction from upper management.

Skills & Qualifications

• Minimum of five years of experience implementing and administering NetSuite ERP.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience implementing and administering Financial Planning systems.
• Able to configure NetSuite Advanced Financials, SuiteBilling, and Revenue Management modules.
• Able to recommend and guide technical teams on Accounting and Finance Data flows and architecture.
• Able to create operations processes and procedures that address current business needs and drive employee behavior to result in the accomplishment of stated team objectives
• Able to craft, revise and abide by project plans with divisions of responsibilities and set milestone deadlines
• Able to provide guidance to Business Systems team on the adoption and execution of business processes.
• Has proactively examined data and draw conclusion based off of trends, anomalies, etc. with final review from management.
• Understands standard financial controls and how to build them within financial systems
• Experience with integrations to CRM, sales commission tools, and financial planning tools.
