TripArc provides digital platforms that connect travel agencies and tour operators with a wide range of travel services such as flights, cruises, hotels, and tours. Its two platforms, ADX and TMT, enable partners to search, compare, and book these services while enabling negotiated direct net rate contracts and commissions with providers. The platforms offer access to exclusive deals and competitive pricing to serve high-net-worth clients more efficiently. Unlike some competitors, TripArc focuses on securing direct agreements with service providers and aggregating luxury travel options through a tech-enabled network used by thousands of advisors, with over a billion dollars in transactions to date. The goal is to deliver a streamlined, technology-driven booking experience for luxury travel by helping agencies and tour operators offer better value to affluent clients and partners through efficient sourcing, pricing, and deal access.
