  • Bachelor's degree, PHR/SPHR designation or advanced degree preferred
  • 3+ years experience in a dedicated HR focused role; prior experience in an HRBP-oriented role is strongly preferred. Prior experience being the face of HR, representing policies and practices to managers and employees across the organization
  • Strong communicator with demonstrated experience influencing and collaborating cross-functionally
  • Outstanding customer service and problem-solving skills with keen awareness of when to escalate topics requiring additional support
  • Able to accurately prioritize and meet deadlines within a fast-paced environment
  • Deep concern for data integrity, superior organizational skills and strong attention to detail
  • Comfortable navigating ambiguity and detangling complex situations
  • Serve as a main point of contact for individual contributors and front line managers with People-related needs, questions, and concerns
  • Build credibility and trust among employees. Resolve employee concerns through compassion, a systematic approach, clear documentation and follow-through
  • Conduct exit interviews for separations including monthly summary and trends analysis for leadership
  • Provide HR guidance to employees on a variety of topics including policy interpretation, including staying up to date on HR laws and practices (payroll, benefits, compliance, terminations, leave of absences, etc.)
