  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field, preferred
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in compensation, HR operations, or a related HR field
  • Proven experience in compensation analysis, job evaluations, and HRIS management
  • Experience with compensation planning and administration in a technical organization
  • Knowledge of international compensation practices and regulations
  • Experience with process improvement initiatives in HR operations
Responsibilities
  • Research compensation, benefits policies, and plans
  • Review market competitiveness and internal equity for compensation and benefits
  • Compare benefits and compensation plans, job classifications, and salaries through data and cost analyses
  • Liase with the parent company to maintain internal alignment
  • Support the preparation for and facilitation of the annual compensation cycle
  • Monitor and research compensation and benefits trends
  • Address and resolve employee inquiries, concerns, and requests related to HR policies, benefits, leave management, and other HR-related matters
  • Ensure data quality and complete appropriate audit procedures in accordance with Risk & Compliance controls
  • Collaborate with HR Business Partners to support and resolve local issues
  • Maintain up-to-date processes, procedures, and documents aligned with SOP’s and Dutch employment law & legislation
  • Reviewing HR processes and suggesting changes to improve efficiency and scalability
