The opportunity:
The role sits in our International Workplace team. You’ll be supporting our international portfolio of offices, providing data-driven solutions to improve the workplace experience, team efficiency, resource allocation, and cost-effectiveness.
This is an exciting role, where your data analytics background will provide us with actionable insights and continuous improvements. This role is essential for driving value and optimising costs across all workplace initiatives.
You will work with various technology platforms, including Microsoft Teams/CoPilot, SharePoint, JIRA, ServiceNow, CAFM, PowerBI, and Alteryx.
What you’ll be doing:
Workplace Analytics & Reporting
Establish efficient processes for data collection and metric tracking.
Produce insightful reports and presentations.
Utilise data-driven insights to refine workplace strategies.
Implement analytics tools for continuous improvement.
Program Coordination
Coordinate international workplace programs for streamlined operations.
Ensure clear tracking, progress reporting, and stakeholder alignment.
Collaborate globally to enhance cross-functional coordination.
Technology Integration
Identify and implement tech solutions, including AI, to optimize workplace processes.
Streamline tasks through automation and best practices.
Develop flow diagrams to visualize process relationships and integration.
Financial Tracking & Analysis
Track and analyse financial data for workplace programs.
Provide cost analyses and suggest optimization strategies.
Ensure adherence to budgetary guidelines.
Innovation & Continuous Improvement
Drive continuous improvement initiatives.
Identify opportunities to optimize processes and enhance the work environment.
Foster a culture of teamwork and communication for maximum efficiency.
Our must-haves:
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, IT, Analytics, or related field.
Proficiency in numerical reporting and accounting principles
Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Ability to create process and flow diagrams.
Experience in system and process planning.
Strong interest in technology and innovation
Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).
Knowledge of workplace management
Project management experience
Familiarity with sustainability practices and initiatives advantageous.
