Overview:We are seeking a highly experienced and motivated Pennsylvania Managing Attorney with a strong background in personal injury law, particularly on the plaintiff side. This is an excellent opportunity to join our reputable law firm and make a significant impact in the field of personal injury litigation. The successful candidate must be licensed to practice law in Pennsylvania.

Responsibilities:

Manage a high volume of personal injury cases, ensuring exceptional client representation and satisfaction.
Lead and supervise a team providing guidance, mentorship and support.
Oversee all aspects of case management, including strategy development, negotiations, and trial preparation.
Conduct legal research, draft pleadings, and handle complex motion practice.
Collaborate with senior management on developing and implementing firm-wide strategies, goals and initiatives.
Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPI’s), utilizing data to drive decision-making and improve performance.
Manage the firm’s profit and loss (P&L) statements for the PA office, ensuring financial targets are met or exceeded.
Foster a positive and collaborative work environment, promoting teamwork, professional development and a strong work ethic.

Qualifications:

Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school and active Pennsylvania Bar license.
Minimum of 15 years of experience practicing personal injury law with a focus on the plaintiff side.
Proven track record of managing a high volume of cases and achieving successful outcomes.
Strong leadership skills with prior experience managing a team.
Proficiency in analyzing financial data and managing P&L statements.
In-depth understanding of key performance indicators and reporting metrics within a legal setting.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills, both written and verbal.
Detail-oriented, organized, and able to prioritize multiple tasks effectively.
Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively and foster a positive work environment.

Compensation Range:

$200,000—$250,000 USD
