Requirements
  • Must be at least 18 years old
  • Must have a minimum GPA of 2.8
  • Authorized to work in the United States without Sponsorship now or in the future or CPT/OPT through your University
  • Must be currently enrolled as a full-time student in a Bachelor's/Masters/MBA/PhD program at an accredited US based university or college
Responsibilities
  • Work as part of an Agile team to understand requirements of Research High Process Compute (HPC) applications
  • Using an established software build platform, compile and deploy complex scientific applications
  • Integrate the new software into the High Process Compute (HPC) environment
  • Support research data science use cases
  • Integrate Data & Analytics workflows from other platforms with the HPC environment
  • Contribute to solution documentation
  • Do appropriate education, planning, and follow-through to stay technically current
  • Showcase your work with a final poster board presentation near the conclusion of your internship

  • Efficient, organized, and able to handle short timelines in a fast-paced environment
  • Must have a general understanding of some of the following security domains: Biology, Chemistry, Data Communications, Computer Operations Security, Telecommunications & Network Security, Architecture & Models and basic understanding of cloud infrastructure
  • Proficiency with MS Office Suite
  • Experienced in the use of Linux and CI/CD tools
  • Familiarity with Slurm or other job scheduling environments
  • Ability to identify issues and seek solutions
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively
