Requirements
- Experienced. You have experiencein a client-facing role preferably in a technology company. Sporting environment and network in Tier I clubs in the regions is strongly preferred
- Knowledgeable about Hudl solutions. You have experience using Hudl products, especially Hudl Sportscode and Wyscout
- An excellent communicator. You possess strong presentation skills, understand the sports industry landscape and have the ability to talk the same language as the customer
- Technology savvy. We don't expect you to build an API but to understand what an API is and be able to pitch that to clients
- Proactive and creative. We expect you to reach out to clients and seek out ways to improve how they work with our products. You will go the extra mile to help a customer. You plan and reimagine how to help customers and execute these plans
- Analytical. You are comfortable looking through metrics that showcase user behavior and engagement
- Passionate about sport and technology. You can't wait to bring the best sports software in the world to professional teams in Latin America
- Multilingual. You are fluent in Spanish and English, any other languages are a plus
Responsibilities
- Challenge our clients. Look at how they currently work and show how Hudl can disrupt this with positive outcomes for their teams and athletes
- Work with our elite users across soccer. Develop new accounts / teams, you'll help professional teams realize their goals by optimizing the value of our Product Suite
- Develop, implement and beat expectations to drive growth in the market. You'll identify our target markets and find the best way to reach prospects. Your daily efforts will revolve around connecting with current customers to look for opportunities and reach new business targets in your territory
- Build a strong pipeline and close sales.You will identify opportunities to sell to new and existing clients and use your negotiation skills to influence decision makers
- Promote teamwork with other departments. You will work closely with our Customer Success Managers, Solutions Consultants, Support Specialists and other Customer Success Managers to evaluate client needs, build new processes, build new projects, and establish a way to reach your targets
- Learn our Product Suite and be updated. You'll become an expert in our video analysis software. You will have to be in the loop and understand all new products, tools, bugs fix, etc which is happening with Hudl Products and Services
- Learn and grow. Hudl is scaling quickly, so we are looking for people to grow with us
- Travel. On site-visits when necessary to boost sales, you will spend 30 to 50% of the time traveling

Desired Qualifications
- Organized and Process Driven. You are able to follow a process to make sure all is well organized and accessible for all people/departments involved. Experience using a CRM is a plus
