Requirements
  • Experience: 10+ years of progressive experience in FP&A, with a significant portion in SaaS companies and a demonstrated track record of success.
  • Technical Skills: Expertise in financial modeling, forecasting, and analysis; proficiency with FP&A tools and software.
  • Communication: Excellent communication skills, capable of articulating complex financial concepts to non-financial stakeholders and translating complex financial data into actionable insights and recommendations.
  • Leadership: Strong leadership capabilities, including the ability to inspire and motivate team members and the ability to influence cross-functional teams.
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field; MBA or CFA preferred.
Responsibilities
  • Strategic Planning: Lead the annual budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning processes.
  • Financial Analysis: Provide actionable insights through financial modeling and scenario planning to support decision-making.
  • Budget Management: Evolve and mature quarterly budgeting process and forecasting updates, including variance analysis.
  • Business Support: Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure alignment, drive growth, and optimize performance.
  • Reporting: Develop and maintain financial reports, dashboards, and KPIs for executive leadership and board meetings.
  • Product Development: Work closely with the product team to build and improve our product use case for financial and resource planning and analysis.
  • Leadership: Manage and mentor a high-performing FP&A team, fostering a culture of excellence, collaboration, and accountability.
