- One to two years of experience in commercial building operations, property management, or a related industry is preferred.

- Work indoors and outdoors, access remote work areas and confined spaces, lift 50 pounds or more, climb stairs and ladders, and perform squatting, bending, kneeling, walking, and lifting.
- Assist with operating and maintaining building systems and equipment at each property.
- Assist with preventive maintenance and repairs on mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems, including pumps, chillers, boilers, air compressors, and air handling units.
- Perform general repairs, maintenance, and replacement of building components, fixtures, appliances, plumbing, and electrical systems.
- Apply basic HVAC distribution and controls knowledge to adjust systems or take corrective action on work orders.
- Participate in the property's established water treatment chemical programs.
- Maintain operation logs and files, including central plant operations, chemical consumption, and equipment or inspection logs.
- Provide concierge-style customer service to internal and external partners.
- Develop understanding and use of fire alarm and life safety systems at the assigned property.
- Follow company and property policies and procedures and safely perform all duties.
- Participate in required training activities and seminars.
- A high school diploma, GED, or trade school diploma is preferred.

Stream Data Centers names chief HR officer as apollo-era leadership buildout continues. She is joining an executive bench that has been evolving since Apollo funds took majority control of the hyperscale developer in August 2025. Demand for digital infrastructure is driving the expansion of Stream's platform, markets and capabilities, the company said. The company said it is making a deliberate investment in its organizational infrastructure to support its next phase of growth. As chief human resources officer, Kresse will work with Stream's executive leadership team on strengthening the company's leadership and talent. She also is charged with advancing culture and building scalable people systems. She will help evolve the organizational and operating models that let the business execute as it grows. From senior living to hyperscale Kresse arrives from Lifespace Communities, a not-for-profit Dallas-based senior living company with roughly 15 communities across seven states, where she served as chief experience and people officer. She brings executive experience leading organizations through significant growth phases, Stream said.
