Job Description
Summary
The operations analyst is responsible for supporting production as well as solving problems internally and implementing goal-oriented strategies. The position reports to the Director of Procurement and Supply Chain and works closely with program office and operations in order to facilitate multi-functional team coordination.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. (Other duties may be assigned):
- Create and maintain MO’s (manufacturing orders) in Infor XA
- Support production activities maintaining sales forecast, PDBL, and costing reports updated in a daily/weekly and monthly basis.
- Fill out the RPR paperwork with the warranty info, other data, and the MO # to be charged.
- Manage the entire return process (evaluation, production schedule, maintain manufacturing orders/records and reports updated, etc.)
- Update and maintain the Returns Database
- Maintain production charts as well as attend production meetings.
- Perform purchasing analysis and reports.
- Maintain Tube Folder Storage organized.
- Document findings, prepare reports and make recommendations.
- Manage repair return meeting, its actions as well as critical reports.
- Collaborate with managers and employees to implement changes.
- Determine the effectiveness of new processes.
- Communicate findings effectively to relevant departments of the company.
- Make necessary CAV entries for Navy and Air Force repair programs.
- Weekly post an updated file of all returns in house so that the test floor can add their comments as they are evaluating the tubes.
- Give inputs for government and repair program BOM and inventory maintenance
- Supports audit process and ensuring it gets completed properly.
- Interacts with functional peer groups regarding exchange or presentation of information.

Education and/or Experience:
2-3 years of professional experience in Operations, Aerospace, and Engineering is a plus.
Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Business Administration, Finance, or other related fields, master’s degree a plus.
Excellent communication and people skills with the ability to explain analytical findings clearly and succinctly to a wide range of audiences is a must.
Excel advanced level
Must possess strong intellectual curiosity and problem-solving.
Creative mindset with the ability to convey innovative ideas and implement effective.
Highly initiative taking; an initiative-taker.
Strong leadership qualities with the ability to train and mentor others.
Other Essential Duties
- Follows all import/export requirements, consulting with facility import/export personnel as required.
Other Skills and Abilities
- Basic Knowledge of ISO and/or AS9100

Salary Range:
$49,830.00-$66,550.000

The anticipated salary range listed for this role is only an estimate. Actual compensation for successful candidates is carefully determined based on several factors including, but not limited to, location, education/training, work experience, key skills, and type of position.
