  • 5+ years of AV/Event Technology industry experience in Video Conferencing, All-Hands and Special Event Production, and System Architecture and Design
  • 5+ years experience and expert knowledge in Google Meet and Zoom operations and administration
  • 3+ years hands-on experience in managing Live and Remote company events utilizing V-Mix or other live event production applications
  • 3+ years experience and comfort interacting with executives and senior leaders and other diverse audiences
  • 3+ years experience delivering technical solutions in high growth environments
  • 3+ years experience coaching and guiding the growth of team members to obtain higher levels of impact
  • Prior experience delivering technical solutions in high growth environments
  • Strong project management and organizational skills
  • Experience with vendor selection and vendor management
  • Experience being a catalyst for positive change in a large organization
  • A healthy skepticism for the status quo and an unwillingness to settle
Responsibilities
  • Elevate the relationship with the Workplace and Internal Comms teams to a strategic partner becoming an integral part of their success
  • Lead and grow a collaborative AVVC/Event Technologies team as needs expand
  • Manage AV-VC Engineering in the design, procurement, installation, and sign off of new office builds and retrofits
  • Research and Develop our AV technology standards for conference rooms and event spaces
  • Partner with our Workplace and People teams to create and deliver the hybrid workplace of the future
  • Align with the strategic initiatives that drive the company's growth
  • Be accountable for all AV/VC related support tickets and ensure compliance with resolution SLA's
  • Serve as an escalation point for technically complex issues
  • Collaborate with IT Operations on standardizing our global support model
  • Travel to our offices as needed as it pertains to project work
  • Set clear goals and directions, and provide regular feedback on team members' performance
  • Understand what makes teams successful and what role a leader should play in that process
