  • Lead and grow a collaborative AVVC/Event Technologies team as needs expand
  • Manage AV-VC Engineering in the design, procurement, installation, and sign off of new office builds and retrofits
  • Research and Develop our AV technology standards for conference rooms and event spaces
  • Partner with our Workplace and People teams to create and deliver the hybrid workplace of the future
  • Align with the strategic initiatives that drive the company's growth
  • Be accountable for all AV/VC related support tickets and ensure compliance with resolution SLA's
  • Serve as an escalation point for technically complex issues
  • Collaborate with IT Operations on standardizing our global support model
  • Travel to our offices as needed as it pertains to project work
  • Set clear goals and directions, and provide regular feedback on team members' performance
  • Understand what makes teams successful and what role a leader should play in that process
