Requirements
  • 4-8 years of experience within Project, Product, or Program Management
  • Possesses a well-rounded understanding of insurance products (homeowner's preferred)
  • Outstanding risk management skills with ability to communicate through complex issues effectively
  • Strong technical acumen with experience using tools such as Jira, Aha!, Monday, Asana, and Excel
  • Continually able to deliver on key projects and successfully manage timelines
  • Skilled in turning incomplete, conflicting, or ambiguous inputs into concrete action plans
  • A proven track record of owning process management or process improvement projects
  • Ability to communicate clearly with empathy and precision across all departments including engineering and technical teams
Responsibilities
  • Creating transparency, structure and clear timelines for insurance product and market management projects (i.e. new insurance product offerings and new filings to existing products)
  • Building the overall project schedule, based on conversations with the various parts of the organization involved in delivery-including tech product, engineering, quality assurance, marketing, finance and operations
  • Managing dependencies and related communication on key projects
  • Surfacing any potential priority questions and manage their resolution with appropriate stakeholders
  • Overseeing the status of current development projects in relation to insurance product and market management roadmap, ensuring deadlines are met and statuses are communicated to senior leadership and cross functional teams
  • Coordinating and leading regular team and stakeholder meetings to both gather feedback on your projects and to share important updates
  • Driving continuous improvements on insurance related processes

  • Prior experience within a fintech/insurtech is a plus
