  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business/Information Systems, or related field.
  • 10+ years in architecture, integration, and business intelligence, including 5+ years in technical management.
  • Experience with Oracle Fusion (SaaS), Financials, Supply Chain, and Order Management systems.
  • Proven leadership in ERP systems strategy, implementation, and roadmap development.
  • Deep understanding of enterprise data, ingestion, integration, and hybrid environments.
  • Experience with streaming technologies, API design and management, and hybrid environments (AWS, SaaS, on-prem).
  • Familiarity with AWS Redshift, Data Lakes, and Data as a Product principles.
  • Prior full stack development experience with .NET Core, SQL Server, containers, Kafka, and APIs.
  • Strong knowledge of Java, including OOP, Collections, Concurrency, and JVM internals.
  • Experience with microservices, distributed systems, event-driven architectures, and design patterns.
  • Hands-on experience with Mulesoft, Kafka/Confluent, and CI/CD pipelines.
  • Working knowledge of the Salesforce platform, including Marketing Cloud, Sales/Service/Data Clouds.
  • Ability to troubleshoot implementation issues and drive resolution.
  • Comfortable navigating ambiguous problems and delivering simple, scalable solutions.
Responsibilities
  • Develops strategies and solutions for ALSAC’s technology environment, evaluating efforts to ensure organizational effectiveness and efficiency.
  • Identifies business opportunities for Enterprise Architecture and influences teams to deliver aligned solutions.
  • Participates in ITS Change Control and Architecture Review Board; coordinates architecture activities with the hospital as directed by the CIO.
  • Structures resources and activities of Enterprise Architecture and Business Intelligence to meet strategic objectives.
  • Develops, documents, communicates, and directs strategy linking application, data, and technical architecture.
  • Ensures efficient operation of business systems through standardization, re-use, and application of enterprise standards.
  • Actively engages with development teams to align technology solutions with enterprise roadmaps and promote enterprise toolsets and standards.
  • Implements metrics to measure effectiveness, usage, and awareness of architectural practices.
  • Manages third-party partnerships, identifies primary vendors, and negotiates service quality and cost.
  • Instills urgency, excellence, and customer focus across technology teams; mentors and coaches team members.
  • Coordinates with ALSAC leadership to ensure security, privacy, and compliance standards are upheld.
  • Supervises managers and directors; provides coaching, performance appraisals, and timely resolution of performance issues.
  • Collaborates with senior staff and IT governance committees on ITS strategy, projects, operations, and priorities; maintains audit-ready posture.
  • Works closely with development teams to promote best practices for code commits and ensure smooth CI/CD pipeline integration.
