- Highschool Diploma or equivalent
- Bachelor’s Degree in business, engineering, marketing or 2-year technical degree preferred
- 5+ years of outside sales experience
- 2+ years of experience in a sales management / supervisory role preferred
- Fluid Power Certification preferred
- Ability to lift up to 75lbs
- Valid driver's license
- Computer proficiency
- Overnight travel may be required
Responsibilities
- Coordinate sales volume and support established sales territories, quotas, and goals
- Analyze sales statistics to determine sales potential and production requirements
- Direct and coach sales team to achieve goals within the region
- Participate in Leadership and Team meetings
- Conduct joint sales calls with sales associates
- Forecast sales for assigned region and territories
- Coach sales associates to overcome obstacles and problem solve
- Train sales associates and increase product knowledge
- Lead, recognize, and reward sales associates
- Direct the work of others including hiring, onboarding, and performance management
- Resolve customer complaints regarding sales and service
