- An active New Jersey Registered Nurse license.
- Current Basic Life Support certification.
- Authorization to work in the United States.
- A physical examination completed within the past 12 months.
- A PPD or QuantiFERON test within the past year, or a chest X-ray within the past five years.
- Proof of measles, mumps, and rubella vaccination within the past 10 years.
- Proof of influenza vaccination or an approved exemption.
Responsibilities
- Deliver safe, developmentally appropriate one-to-one nursing care to pediatric clients in their homes.
- Observe, record, and communicate changes in clients' conditions.
- Partner with families to promote comfort and stability.
- Maintain infection control and ensure proper equipment use.

- A valid driver's license.
