Responsibilities
  • Process wafer thorough UV Mounting tools, Dicing Saws, and Wafer Cleaning tools.
  • Familiarity with operation of metrology equipment requiring analysis of data
  • Maintain detailed records for Product specification and Equipment
  • Inspect and disposition nonconforming product
  • Ability to work in an ISO Class 6 cleanroom and familiar with 6S principles
  • Schedule shift work with peers on shared tools to maintain an efficient flow of material
  • Maintain high-level of cleanliness and safety in lab
  • Miscellaneous support functions, as necessary
