- Use structured problem-solving methods to coordinate multidisciplinary problem resolution.
- Work directly with system owners and internal teams to manage the supported environment.
- Develop, document, implement, and maintain procedures for deployments, installations, upgrades, and patching.
- Create, update, and verify system documentation and environment diagrams.
- Develop reports on the performance and capacity of supported environments, including monitoring and alerting for application issues.
- Continue developing and demonstrating a thorough understanding of supported business processes and underlying technology.
- At least 1 year of J2EE development experience.
- At least 1 year of experience with ITIL processes.
- At least 2 years of experience with middleware environments.
- Quality assurance experience.
- Being a lead designer on multiple projects.
