Requirements
  • A bachelor's degree in Computer Science, GIS, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • At least five years of experience developing and modifying applications using J2EE, .NET, JavaScript, HTML, C#, and Python.
  • At least three years of experience working with Esri ArcGIS technologies, including ArcGIS Server, ArcGIS APIs, ArcGIS JavaScript API, Esri SDKs, and ArcSDE.
  • Experience with ArcGIS ModelBuilder and Python.
  • Strong knowledge of Structured Query Language, triggers, and stored procedures.
  • Experience developing reports using SSRS and Power BI.
  • Strong knowledge of relational databases and database concepts, with Oracle and SQL Server preferred.
  • Excellent communication skills.
Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain custom applications in an enterprise GIS environment.
  • Modernize the Agricultural Preservation Model by upgrading custom ArcMap Add-Ins built with C# and Python to ArcGIS Pro Add-Ins.
  • Design, build, and optimize enterprise relational databases, including writing SQL queries, triggers, and stored procedures.
  • Automate spatial workflows using Python, ArcGIS ModelBuilder, and geoprocessing scripts.
  • Create reports and data dashboards using SSRS and Power BI.
  • Perform code reviews, technical planning, system analysis, and project documentation.
