We are looking for a dedicated Team Lead to join our dynamic engineering team. This role plays a crucial part in crafting high-impact casino games for our global audience. As a Team Lead at Aristocrat, you will work closely with a skilled group of artists, technical artists, game designers, developers, and test engineers. Our studio focuses on quality, individual ownership, and appreciates engineers who take pride in their work. This special opportunity enables you to tackle complex challenges and contribute to delivering outstanding gaming experiences!

What You'll Do

• Analyze game requirements with technical leads and game designers to ensure flawless execution
• Develop slot games for diverse cabinets and markets, maintaining high standards of quality and timely delivery
• Engage in coding, code reviews, unit testing, memory profiling, and other code hygiene processes
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate art and complex game mathematics
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements across different markets
• Mentor and guide junior engineers, encouraging a collaborative and inclusive team environment
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues to ensure seamless game performance
• Continuously refine development processes and contribute to the studio's standard methodologies

What We're Looking For

• Minimum 6+ years of software development experience, with a focus on C++ under Windows and Linux operating systems
• Proven expertise in object-oriented development, algorithms, and data structures
• Strong understanding of the software development life cycle and engineering principles
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
• Strong communication skills and the ability to articulate complex technical concepts
• A degree in Computer Science or a related field (B Tech/BE/MCA) or equivalent experience
