Monna Group enters debt collection agreement with Crowe Liberia, LLC in support of Monrovia Oil Trading Company liquidation.

Monna Group enters debt collection agreement with Crowe Liberia, LLC in support of Monrovia Oil Trading Company liquidation. August 28, 2026 Monna Group Liberia Limited has entered into a debt collection agreement with Crowe Liberia, LLC, the Liberian member firm of the Crowe Global network, in connection with the court-ordered liquidation of Monrovia Oil Trading Company (MOTC). The engagement adds Monna Group's recovery expertise to a liquidation process that Crowe Liberia has been appointed by the court to oversee from an accounting standpoint. A court-appointed role, A recovery Partner. When Monrovia Oil Trading Company went into liquidation, the court ordered Crowe Liberia to manage the company's accounting activities throughout the process - a role that typically involves bringing clarity and order to a company's financial affairs as its assets and liabilities are wound down. Part of that work involves accounting for amounts owed to the company by its debtors. That is where Monna Group's engagement fits in. Under the debt collection agreement, Monna Group has been brought on to support the recovery of outstanding amounts owed to Monrovia Oil Trading Company - working on Crowe Liberia's behalf, in its capacity managing the company's liquidation accounting, to help convert outstanding receivables into recovered value as part of the broader liquidation effort. About Crowe Liberia, LLC. Crowe Liberia, LLC is a full-service accounting firm licensed to practice in Liberia and a member firm of the Liberian Institute of Certified Public Accountants (LICPA). As part of the Crowe Global network - currently ranked among the top ten international accounting and consulting networks in the world - the firm draws on internationally recognized standards and resources while maintaining a strong, established presence in the Liberian market. The firm traces its roots to T.D Joseph & Associates, founded by Theo. Deputy Joseph after 24 years as Managing Partner of Baker Tilly Liberia Limited, and its senior staff collectively bring decades of public accounting experience across Liberia, the United States, Nigeria, and Sierra Leone. Crowe Liberia has built a reputation in the Liberian marketplace for rigorous, standards-driven work - a track record that made it a fitting choice for the court's appointment in the MOTC matter. Why this engagement matters. Liquidation proceedings depend on the accurate, timely recovery of what a company is owed - money that ultimately factors into how the liquidation is resolved for all parties involved. By working alongside Crowe Liberia's accounting oversight, Monna Group is contributing focused, professional debt recovery capability to a process that requires both financial rigor and diligent, lawful collection work. For Monna Group, being engaged in support of a court-supervised liquidation handled by a Crowe Global member firm is a reflection of the trust placed in its team to handle sensitive, high-stakes recovery work with the professionalism it demands. Looking ahead. Monna Group is committed to carrying out this engagement in full compliance with Liberian law and in close coordination with Crowe Liberia as the liquidation process moves forward. Monna Group look forward to supporting a resolution that serves the interests of all parties connected to the Monrovia Oil Trading Company liquidation.

Bitcoin's $437 billion quantum exposure meets ibm's 2028 deadline.

Bitcoin's $437 billion quantum exposure meets ibm's 2028 deadline. by COINS NEWS 9 hours ago 39 Views | / | As expected, quantum news continues to accelerate. Top companies are progressing rapidly on multiple approaches to scale quantum computers. It's been talked about for years, but Coins News is definitely nearing the point where Coins News'll need to see action and the outcomes of upgrading. My thoughts evolved on how to look at this risk and potential impacts. Rather than worry about how it will play out for existing chains trying to upgrade, it's time to consider the market opportunity. Coins News is already seeing it begin where EVERY SINGLE COMPANY- not just crypto- will be looking for solutions to migrate cryptography. And governments across the board. That's a huge undertaking, and time is running out. These companies will be looking for solutions that have been establishing themselves over the years. In the blockchain space, I only know of Qanplatform positioned to capture part of this emerging market. Signquantum powered by Qanplatform is an ideal add-on type solution companies will be looking for which can truly leverage blockchain utility. I am invested. Crowe and Itti have already aligned as Go to market partners. While some coins have been hoping for years to capitalize on the fud narrative, Qanplatform is going after the market opportunity. Real enterprise needs being met. Success is NOT dependent on Bitcoin facing upgrade struggles. I've posted multiple times on how I think it is better for utility blockchains if Bitcoin successfully navigates this. Especially when you're building for an untapped market. Bitcoin's upgrade effort will simply highlight this is a worldwide problem in need of solutions. And I think Coins News'll see bitcoin take action very, very soon. submitted by /u/Original-Assistant-8 [link] [comments] |
