Requirements
  • 10+ years as a program manager with demonstrated success in forming and delivering complex large-scale initiatives.
  • Familiarity with Scaled Agile and proficiency in Agile methodologies and the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
  • Management consulting or strategic planning experience is a plus.
  • Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills.
  • Facilitative, consultative style with the ability to influence and align senior stakeholders.
  • Ability to form good working relationships at all levels of the organization.
  • Capability to work through ambiguity and pursue clarity.
  • Mastery of English (written & verbal) with excellent writing skills.
Responsibilities

  • Identify and mitigate risks, dependencies, and impediments that may impact program success.
  • Ensure continuous improvement by implementing feedback loops and refining processes.
  • Communicate program status, progress, and outcomes to stakeholders and senior management.
  • Drive the adoption of Agile tools and best practices across the organization.
  • Structure and organize work, establishing clear leadership roles.
  • Simplify processes and ensure high-level and detailed execution plans.
  • Facilitate team consensus and handle senior personnel independently.
  • Lead transformation offices and manage multiple large projects.
