- Provide daily legality status reports to Crew hubs and Operations Control Center (OCC) Management.
- Conduct what-if scenario analyses and recommend corrective actions to mitigate compliance risks.
- Ensure the efficient utilization of pilots and flight attendants.
- Monitor turn times, rest delays, and other factors impacting crew legality.
- Coordinate directly with crew members to resolve scheduling-related operational issues, including Must Take Off (MTO) times.
- Make recommendations to Crew Services Management regarding procedural improvements and system enhancements.
- Ensure all crewmember assignments comply with FAA regulations, company policies, and contractual requirements.
- Perform other duties as assigned.

Endeavor Air CEO: 'Centreforaviation is B2B businesses, and that has its benefits' Endeavor Air president and CEO Timothy Wang, speaking at the CAPA Airline Leader Summit Americas, commented (28-May-2026) on the business model and operating approach of regional airlines in the US, stating: "We're B2B businesses, right? And that has its benefits, allows us to really focus on operational reliability". Mr Wang noted, however, that "because of the rising cost structure post-COVID... it's in labour, it's in supply chain, it's in maintenance, across the board, [because of that rising cost structure] we do have to find and unlock productivity and efficiency that wasn't there before". He continued: "So I think you do see overall a higher level of... I'll call it business sophistication, because the market is demanding that". [more - CAPA TV]
Another person has filed a lawsuit against Delta Air Lines and Endeavor Air over last month's plane crash at Toronto Pearson Airport in Mississauga.
A Bombardier CL-600 Regional Jet CRJ-900LR operated by Endeavor Air as a Delta Connection flight traveling from Minneapolis-St. Paul International Airport (MSP), Minnesota, experienced a collapse of the right main landing gear during arrival at Toronto-Pearson International Airport (YYZ), Ontario, and ended up flipping inverted on the runway.
In response, Motley Rice LLC, a prominent U.S. plaintiffs' litigation firm, has filed a federal lawsuit against Delta Air Lines, Inc. and Endeavor Air in the U.S. District Court for the District of Minnesota, Minneapolis Division.
