  • 2+ years experience in managing Google Ads/search accounts for clients
  • Good understanding of the Digital Marketing landscape, PPC, including the Search ecosystem

Responsibilities
  • Enable platform adoption and provide best practices
  • Deliver bespoke Solution Services with support from the BI team
  • Drive customer satisfaction and impact retention by partnering with Account Managers
  • Arrange calls and meetings with key stakeholders
  • Drive engagement via monthly catch-ups and contribute to Quarterly Business Reviews
  • Co-own objective-led success plans with clients
  • Act as a trusted advisor, delivering strategic insights and best practices
  • Provide feedback internally to product and management
  • Identify early risks and mitigate negative customer sentiment
  • Conduct Business Reviews with senior stakeholders
  • Deliver exceptional client experience leading to high revenue retention
  • Prove value on current subscription and scope out potential upsell opportunities
  • Explore career advancement opportunities within the company
