  • Facilitate training classes for onboarding, refresher and skills training programs
  • Work with temporary agencies to onboard new temporary employees and ensure all required training is completed
  • Maintain files of training materials and of all training conducted; maintain the ability to produce training records as required for audits
  • Ensure training materials are available, accessible, current and aligned with work processes, SOPs, and other operational standards and escalates all concerns to the National Training Specialist
  • Assess instructional effectiveness and work with the National Training Specialist to determine the impact of training on employee skills and Plant KPI's, making recommendations as appropriate
  • Design/prepare/procure training aids and resources as needed
  • Manages team of Training Leads to ensure Production new hires receive hands-on, on the job training
  • Sets a positive example of leadership to ensure the positivity and strength of our culture
  • Coaches Training Leads to ensure they understand and drive key metrics, policies and SOPs
  • Provides effective and ongoing feedback to individual team members to further develop professional skills
  • 1+ years of experience in a training role required
  • At least 1+ years of successful leadership experience in a fast-paced environment required
  • Track record of driving KPIs and meeting or exceeding goal a must
  • Open availability to work nights and weekend shifts
  • Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds with or without reasonable accommodation
  • Must have floor presence and be able to stand/walk for up to 10-12 hours

  • Work with HR and department stakeholders to maintain compliance goals for all refresher and onboarding training programs
  • Partner with National Training Specialist to develop creative ways to increase participation among employees
  • Regularly communicates site training compliance and progress to stakeholders
