  • A minimum of 2 years experience managing creative teams in entertainment/media industry
  • Experience with production management and enterprise software tools such as Google Suite, Frame.io, Asana, Slack, and Zoom
  • Familiarity with production tools, including Final Draft and Adobe Suite
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Detail-oriented while being able to share big picture, top-line information with executives
  • Ability to work with remote crew and independent contractors
  • Must work well within deadlines and under pressure
  • Supporting Minno executive producers and directors on original productions ensuring top notch collaboration and on-time, on-budget deliveries
  • Managing an small retained team of artists (3-5) across multiple Minno projects, prioritizing and scheduling their backlogs and ensuring timely deliveries
  • Supervising production schedules from pre-production through final delivery
  • On-boarding any new creatives to Minno systems and processes
  • Triggering payment processes with finance department as milestone deliverables are hit by teams
  • Managing and driving daily communication with creator teams or studios, scheduling meetings needed between creatives and Minno and keeping detailed meeting notes and action items on projects, clarifying any unclear action items between Minno and creators
  • Leading weekly production meetings to ensure alignment on both specific projects and within broader Minno team
  • Running feedback loops between content and creative teams, ensuring notes are consolidated and effectively communicated in a timely manner
  • Ensuring quality and timely delivery for all required deliverables from creative teams
